Living energetically is the only way to live. If you are going to do it, you might as well be enthusiastic about it and enjoy it.
Doing what you are passionate about helps as well. It is easy for me to be energetic about something I care a lot about.
I used to be the compete opposite, putting as little energy into things as I could. Well, you get out of life what you put into it. Being energetic is definitely a better way to live. It is much easier and more enjoyable. It is more rewarding; it is truly living instead of just passing time until you’re dead.
I make a point of being positive. Life works better that way.
Sometimes people say that I’m way too happy. Sometimes I respond by asking them what it means to be way too happy, other times I just say that being happy is the only way to live.

Anything worth doing is worth enjoying. If you are going to do something, you might as well enjoy it.
You are way too serious. Laugh, joke, whistle, sing, goof around. Have fun. The little things in life do not matter, let them go. Focus on having a good time. Be excited. Take it easy. Be casual, easy-going, happy-go-lucky. Whatever happens, happens. For most things, they are not as important as you think they are. Enjoying life is more important than you think it is.
There are always more reasons to be happy than to be unhappy. It is just more difficult finding them sometimes.
You aren’t going to be around forever, so enjoy your life while it lasts. Enjoy every minute of it. It’s worth it. 🙂
